12个云南栽培核桃品种叶片解剖结构及其抗寒性综合评价 被引量:12

摘要 采用石蜡切片法,对12个云南栽培核桃品种的叶片解剖结构进行观测对比,应用变异系数、聚类分析和相关分析筛选出影响抗寒性的主要指标,并采用隶属函数对各品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明,叶片组织结构疏松度、海绵组织厚度和叶片厚度是影响核桃抗寒性能的重要指标,12个核桃品种的抗寒性高低表现为:哈特利>强特勒>云新云林>云新301>丽53>铁核桃>云新高原>云新306>三台>漾泡>自元>维2号;强特勒和哈特利为高抗类型,云新高原、云新云林、铁核桃、丽53、云新301为中抗类型,云新306、三台和漾泡为低抗类型,维2号和自元为不抗寒类型。 To study the cold resistence of 12 walnut cultivars planted in Yunnan province, leaf tissue slructure indexes were observed by using paraffin section methods. Leaf tissue structure indexes were screened via coefficient of variation, analysis of correlation and hierarchical cluster analysis, and comprehensive evaluation on cold resistance for each variety was done by subordinate function. The results showed that: organizational structure loose degree, spongy tissue and leaf thickness were the main factors related to the hardiness; the cold resistance of 12 cultivars was in the order of: Hartely 〉 Chandler 〉Yunxin yunlin :〉 Yunxin301 :〉 Li 53 〉 Tie hetao 〉 Yunxingaoyuan 〉 Yunxin 306 〉 Santai :〉 Yangpao 〉 Ziyuan 〉 Wei 2; according to the cold hardiness, Hartely and Chandler had high cold resistance; Yunxin yuniin, Yunxin301, Li 53, Tie hetao, Yunxingaoyuan had medium cold resistance; Yunxin 306, Santai, Yangpao had low cold-tolerance; Ziyuan and Wei2 had no cold resistance.
