摘要
为了明确以不同成熟度扶桑叶片为食的棉花粉蚧种群增长能力,观察、比较了扶桑嫩叶、成叶、老叶上该蚧不同虫期的存活率、发育历期、成虫性比和雌成虫繁殖能力。结果表明,一、二龄若虫存活率随着叶片成熟度上升而下降,由96.38%、93.56%分别降低至81.14%、89.13%,而不同叶片上三龄若虫存活率无显著差异。嫩叶上一龄若虫发育历期(4.92d)显著短于成叶(5.67d)、老叶(5.93d),而二龄、三龄若虫发育历期无明显变化。取食成叶的棉花粉蚧雌虫产仔量最高,为361.78头/雌,显著高于取食嫩叶(305.1头/雌)和老叶(319.79头/雌)。子代中雌虫比例以成叶最高,为0.66,嫩叶和老叶较低,分别为0.61、0.54。
To study the population growth abilities of Phenacoccus solenopsis rared on various maturities of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis leaves,we observed and compared the suivival rate,developmental duration,adults' sex ratio and reproductive capacities of P. solenopsis lived on tender,mature and old leaves. The results indicated that the survival rate of the 1st and 2nd instar larvaes decreased from 96.38% and 93.56% to 81.14% and 89.13%,with the leaves' maturities rising,while the 3rd instar larvaes' livability showed no significant difference in various leaves. The developmental duration of the 1st instar larveas rared on tender leaves(4.92 d) was significantly shorter than the ones(5.67 d for mature,5.93 d for old) rared on other leaves,while the 2nd and 3rd instar larvaes showed no difference in various leaves. The mealybugs lived on the mature leaves owned the highest fecundity(eggs/single female) ,which was 361.78 in all. The fecundity of individuals fed on tender and old leaves was 305.1 and 319.79. Additionally,the highest sex ratio(0.66) of offsprings were those rared on mature leaves,tender leaves(0.61) and old leaves(0.54) fell behind.
