广东东源客家炒青绿茶矿物及重金属元素的ICP-MS测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波消解法进行前处理、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定广东东源客家炒青绿茶(金萱品种)产品中的硼(B)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)共10种矿物质及重金属元素的含量,并进行相应的分析。结果表明,东源客家炒青绿茶产品含有丰富的矿物元素,Ca、Mg整体含量很高,其次是Fe、Zn、Mn含量;同年种植的金萱样品的元素含量因季节不同而异,其中暑茶和秋茶的Ca含量显著高于春茶和夏茶,Mg含量趋势与Ca含量类似;重金属检测结果表明,所有样品中Pb都未超出国家标准,其中2012年生产样品重金属含量比其他年份的样品含量高。 The contents of 10 minerals and heavy metal elements,including B,Pb,Cu,Cr,Cd,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca and Mg in Guangdong Dongyuan hakka traditional roasted green tea (Jinxuan variety) were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave-assisted digestion pretreatment,and corresponding analysis was carried out. The results showed that these samples contained rich mineral elements,Ca and Mg content were higher on the whole,and the next was Fe,Zn and Mn. Jinxuan samples planted in the same year had different mineral elements contents in different seasons. Ca content in hot summer and autumn tea was significant higher than that in spring and summer tea. Tendency of Mg content was similar with that of Ca. The result of heavy metal showed that Pb content did not exceed the national standard. Totally,samples made in 2012 contained higher heavy metal than samples made in other years,as well as samples made with the same place and variety. This research evaluated elements status in hakka roasted green tea of Dongyuan,Guangdong and laid foundation for origin traceability research on Dongyuan hakka green tea;at the same time,this research had important significance for evaluating hakka green tea quality and safety.
