推进生态文明建设需要建立一套系统性、科学性、操作性、适宜性强的指标体系,研究立足于生态意识、生态行为、生态制度3个领域,科学构建我国生态文明建设标准及评价指标体系,并开展实证分析,对于促进国家及地方构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会,深化生态文明建设,具有一定参考价值。

Promoting the construction of ecological civilization needs to establish a systematic,scientific,practical and strong suitability index system. The research is based on three areas,including ecological awareness,ecological behavior and ecological system,in order to construct the standards and evaluation system of ecological civilization scientifically in our country,and to carry out empirical analysis. The research has reference value to promoting the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and deepening the construction of ecological civilization in china.
