京津冀国家级风景名胜区动态监测评价指标系统研究

A Study on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Scenic Area Based on the Dynamic Environment Monitoring and Evaluation System

以《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》为指导,以风景名胜区科学保护与利用带动京津冀旅游协同发展为宗旨,围绕京津冀13个国家级风景名胜区的建设、管理与个性化旅游服务等应用需求开展的动态环境监测评价系统工作,将有效促进风景名胜区的科学管理与高质量的运营。由此,开展此项工作也成为解决京津冀国家级风景名胜区协同发展迫在眉睫的管理工作突破口,将动态环境监测评价嵌入到风景名胜区的日常管理过程中,势必成为保护风景名胜区环境的重要手段和行之有效的重要环节。

Taking The Planning Outline for the Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a guide,with the purpose of promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei travel by scientific protection and utilization of scenic areas,the dynamic monitoring of the evaluation index system centered on application requirements such as the construction,management,and customized travel service from 13 national scenic area around Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will effectively enhance the supervision and management of scenic area. Thus the carrying out of dynamic monitoring will be an imminent breakthrough for the solution of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei state-level scenic spots. Embedding evaluation index into the daily scenic spot management is bound to become an important means and effective protection of scenic environment.
