摘要
随着智能电网的发展,大量分布式电源的接入对配电网的监测提出了更高的要求。使用整数线性规划对电力系统可观测性进行建模,提出了一种管理友好型相量量测单元优化配置模型。该模型的线性特性保证了解的全局最优性,针对变电站、电厂的相量量测单元配置方案使得优化结果更易于实际工程实现。对IEEE标准系统及实际配电网的仿真结果验证了该模型的有效性与实用性,与其他文献结果的对比体现了该模型的优越性。
With the development of smart grid, the increased integration of distributed generation has higher requires on distribution system monitoring. This paper presents a management-friendly optimization model of phasor measurement units by using integer linear programming method to build the model of power system observability. The linearity of the model guarantees global optimality of the solutions and makes the optimization results easier to implement in accordance with configuration scheme for phasor measurement unit of substation and power plant. The simulations on IEEE standard systems and a practical distribution system show the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model. The comparison with previous approaches shows the superiority of the proposed model.
