配电网状态估计软件的研究开发

Research and Development of Distribution System State Evaluation Software

在研究配电网状态估计方法的基础上,对传统加权最小二乘法进行改进,增加了坏数据处理环节,并据此设计开发了一套配电网状态估计软件。该软件功能完备,不仅实现了配电网的状态估计,而且具有较高的准确度和良好的实用性,目前已在上虞电网实际应用。

This paper investigates the state estimation method for distribution system, which improves traditional weighted least squares method and increases the bad data processing chain. On the basis, distribution network state estimation software is designed. This software is fully functional and can not only realize the state estimation of distribution system but has high accuracy and practicability, having already been applied to the power system in Shangyu.
