摘要
硬质合金圆体成形车刀主要用在自动或半自动车床上大批量加工金属回转体的复杂型面。特别是在密封轴承的防尘盖槽加工中起着十分重要的作用。其优点是加工精度高、加工型面复杂、生产效率高、刀具寿命长、稳定性好、刃磨调整方便,但是它的设计计算繁琐。本文根据圆体成形车刀的设计理论,介绍一种非常实用的硬质合金圆体成形刀具的结构以及精确、快速的刀具廓形设计方法 ----查表法及其相关参数。
Cemented carbide circular formed turning tools is prhnarily used in the mass machining of the complicated profiles of axisymmetric metal bodies on automatic or semi-automatic lathes, which plays an important role in the machining of the dust caps of sealed bearings. Their advantages are high machining accuracy, complicated machining profile, high production efficiency, long tool life, good stability, and convenient grinding adjustments. However, the computation needed for the design of them is very sophisticated. This paper introduces a practical structure for the cemented carbide formed turning tools, and a method for precise and fast designing of the outline shape of the tools, i.e., the Table Method, and its parameters.
