摘要
健美操是高职院校体育课程的特色项目之一,它以躯体练习为内容、以健美为目标,融音乐、舞蹈、体操于一体,对学生的身体健康、形体塑造乃至身心愉悦都具有非常重要的作用。文章通过对合作学习理论的分析,基于高职院校健美操教学现状,提出了科学划分合作小组、明确合作学习原则、突出学生合作效能、强化教师交流指导等一系列高职院校健美操教学师生合作模式的构建思路,并结合教学实践设计了高职院校健美操教学师生合作模式的框架,提出了具体实施路径,最后探讨了高职院校健美操教学师生合作模式构建的重要意义。
Aerobics is one of the special PE courses in higher vocational colleges. The content of this course is body practice, and the goal is being bonny, and it integrates the music, the dance and the gymnastics, which are good for students' health, figure, and mentality. By analyzing the theory of cooperation learning and based on the teaching status of aerobics in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes the outline of the teacher-student cooperation teaching model as follows: cooperation groups are divided scientifically, and the cooperation learning principles are made clear, and the cooperation efficiency of students is highlighted, and the communication and guidance of teachers are strengthened. Combining the teaching practice, the frame of the teaching model is designed, and the specific implement approaches are proposed, and finally the significance of this teaching model is discussed.
