高职院校新生班级“小辅导员”制度实践研究——以天津电子信息职业技术学院为例

Research on Assistant Advisor System for Freshman Class in Higher Vocational Colleges——take Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information as an example

新生班级"小辅导员"制度的建立在学生管理工作中发挥了重要作用。本文以天津电子信息职业技术学院(简称学院)为例,总结了小辅导员制度的实践做法,提出了建立工作汇报交流机制和谈心谈话制度等建议。

The construction of Assistant Advisor System for freshman class has plays an active role in students management. Taking Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information as an example, this paper summarizes the practice of the assistant advisor system, and proposes suggestions of establishing the mechanism of work report and communication and the system of exchanging views.
