牙釉质提取物合成材料的分析以及四环素改性的实验研究

摘要 目的:探索牙釉质提取物合成材料的性质以及四环素改性的可行性。方法:选择猪牙釉质进行分离处理后,粉碎成粉末,然后分成两组:牙釉质粉末组、牙釉质粉末+四环素组。后者进行四环素改性处理。结果:牙釉质粉末经37%磷酸处理后显示主要结构是纳米纤维,形态上为六边形的晶体,以蜂窝状排列。经四环素改性后,牙釉质粉末的结晶度、压缩强度降低,且出现CO_3^(2-)吸收峰。磷灰石由单一的物像成分变成多种物像成分组成。结论:牙釉质提取物合成材料经四环素改性后在结晶度、微量成分、力学性能等方面出现一定变化,应正确认识四环素改性后牙釉质提取物合成材料发生的变化,并对其进行相关改进,为临床牙科修复材料的发展提供新的方向和空间。 Objective: To explore the properties of enamel extracts synthetic materials as well as the feasibility and tetracycline modification. Methods: The choice of the swine tooth enamel separate crushed into powder,and then divided into two groups: enamel powder group,enamel powder + tetracyclin group; the latter of tetracyclines modification. Results: Enamel powder by 37% phosphoric acid treatment shows main structure of nano fibers,forms hexagonal crystals using honeycomb arrangement. Tetracycline modified enamel powder crystallinity,compressive strength decreased,and the absorption peak of CO3 2-.Like apatite by single component into a variety of image components. Conclusion: Synthetic materials extracted from enamel after tetracycline modification in crystallinity,trace elements and mechanical properties appear certain changes,should have a correct understanding of tetracycline changes of enamel extracts of synthetic materials,and carries on the improvement and development of clinical dental restorative materials provide a new direction and space.
