跨国学术资本主义视域下MOOCs的发展及其对我国的启示

摘要 在全球经济一体化的知识经济时代,院校及其教师越来越多地参与跨国化的知识流、网络和实践活动,以使其外部资金来源多样化。在这种跨国学术资本主义浪潮中,大规模开放在线课程(MOOCs)发展迅速,已成为其重要的表现形式之一。跨国学术资本主义对MOOCs发展的影响突出表现在为其提供了广阔的机会、丰富的资源、跨国化的知识流、网络和实践活动、开放共享的价值观和潜在的市场等方面。因此,研究跨国学术资本主义视域下我国MOOCs发展的对策便具有十分重要的意义。 In the knowledge economy era of global economic integration, the higher educational institutions and their faculty members are increasingly involved in transnational knowledge flows, networks and practices, in order to make the external funding sources diversified. In the wave of transnational academic capitalism (TAC), the massive open online courses (MOOCs) have developed rapidly, and become one of the important forms of TAC. This paper introduces the concept and theory of TAC which developed from academic capitalism, and then analyses TAC' s influences on the development of MOOCs from the following aspects: transnational academic capitalism has provided broad opportunities, abundant recourses, transnational knowledge flow, networks and practices, open and sharing values, and potential markets for MOOC' s construction. Finally, this paper probes into the TAC' s enlightenments to the development of MOOCs in China.
