益生菌联合情志疗法对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)患者的疗效及生存质量的影响

Influences of probiotics combined with emotional therapy on the efficacy and life quality of IBS-D patients

目的探讨益生菌联合情志疗法对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)患者的疗效及生存质量的影响。方法将80例IBS-D患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对症治疗基础上应用益生菌联合情志疗法,观察两组患者的疗效及对肠道菌群的影响,使用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉化版IBS-生存质量量表(ChI BS-QOL)对两组患者进行评价。结果经过1个月治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(95% vs.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对肠道菌群的影响较大(P<0.05);观察组HAMA、HAMD及ChI BS-QOL量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益生菌有助于调整IBS-D患者的肠道菌群,提高IBS-D患者的疗效,情志疗法有助于改善IBS-D患者的焦虑、抑郁症状。益生菌联合情志疗法可提高IBS-D患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the influences of probiotics combined with emotional therapy on the efficacy and life quality of IBS-D patients. Methods Totally 80 cases of IBS-D were divided into control group and observa- tion group ,40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional symptomatic treatments, and ob- servation group was given probiotics combined with emotional therapy based on control group. The efficacy and the effects on intestinal flora of the two group were observed. HAMA,HAMD and Chinese version of ChIBS-QOL of the two groups were recorded. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （95 % vs. 65 % ） , and there being significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observation group had more effects on intestinal flora than control group（P 〈0. 05）. The HAMA,HAMD and ChIBS- QOL scores of observation group were lower than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Probiotics can adjust the intestinal flora and enhance the efficaly of IBS-D patients. The emotional therapy is conducive to reducing anxiety mad depression symptoms of IBS-D patients. Probiotics combined with emotional therapy can enhance the life quality of IBS-D patients ,and it is worthly of clinical expansion.
