苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效研究

Effect of matrine combined with Weifuchun tablet in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的研究苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效。方法选择2012年1月至2015年6月在我院住院并接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者458例。用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组229例,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,观察组给予苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、胃镜情况、主要症状积分及Hp感染情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.32%,对照组为80.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后溃疡、胆汁反流、出血斑、糜烂的发生率分别为5.68%、7.86%、10.92%和7.86%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者充血水肿的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者胃脘胀痛、反酸烧心、食欲减退症状得分分别为(1.02±0.78)分、(0.50±0.67)分和(0.54±0.62)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组呃逆喛气症状得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组Hp转阴率为47.66%,对照组为16.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,对临床有实用价值。

Objective To study the effect of matfine combined with Weifuchun tablet in the treatment of pa- tients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Totally 458 in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with random number table method. Control group （ n = 229 ） was given Weifuchun tablet, observation group （ n = 229） was given matrine combined with Weifuchun tablet. The curative effect, gastroscopy, main symptoms integral and Hp infection of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （94. 32% vs. 80. 35 % , P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence rates of ulcer, bile reflux, bleeding spots and ero- sion in observation group were 5.68% ,7, 86%, 10. 92% and 7. 86%, which were lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant in the rate of congestive edema between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The scores of epigastric pain,pantothenic acid,heartburn and appetite loss in observation group were （1.02 ± 0. 78 ）, （0. 50 ± 0. 67） and （0. 54 ± 0. 62 ） respectively, which were lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No significant difference was found in the hiccup heating symptom score between the two group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The Hp overcast rates of observation group and control group were 47.66% and 16. 81%, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Matrine combines with Weifuchun tablet has obvious curative effect on chronic a- trophic gastritis with practical value for the clinicaluse.
