摘要
索网体系在大尺度玻璃幕墙中有广泛应用。在索网玻璃幕墙结构中,玻璃及其连接件的自重会使索网中各节点产生一定的变形,进而影响后续玻璃安装和整体结构受力。本文假设索网玻璃幕墙满足小挠度变形,计算出索网在节点荷载作用下的竖向位移,进而得到索网玻璃幕墙结构变形预调值的大小。在变形预调的基础上,通过比较分析不同的玻璃施工安装顺序优选施工安装方案,为实际工程施工提供参考。
Cable net system is widely used in large scale glass curtain wall. In the structure of the cable net glass curtain wall,the self weight of the glass and the connecting pieces can cause some deformation of the cable net,which will influence the following glass installation and the whole structure stress. In this paper,the cable net glass curtain wall meeting the small deflection is assumed, the vertical displacements of cable nets under the load of nodes are calculated and the pre-set deformation value sizes of the cable nets of glass curtain wall structure are got. On the basis of the pre-set deformation,the comparative analysis of different glass construction and installation sequence of preferred construction installation program can provide references for the actual project construction.
