摘要
潍坊市白浪河大桥摩天轮工程采用创新的固定立体环状结构形式,是目前世界上直径最大的无轴式摩天轮结构,实际工程少、施工经验不足。针对该工程独特的结构形式、复杂的施工方法,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS/GEN,根据"生死单元法"对该工程刚性轮盘结构成型过程进行施工过程跟踪模拟分析。结果表明:通过建立有限元模型,对施工方案中各施工阶段进行预分析,给出了施工过程中的内力发展与变形规律,保证结构施工的安全顺利进行。
The novel vertical ring-shaped structure was adopted in the architecture of Bailanghe Bridge Ferris Wheel in the Weifang city,of which diameter is the largest in the world today. Considering the unique structure and difficulties to construct,tracking the shaping process of rigid hub,finite element analysis of construction process is implemented based on general structure analysis software MIDAS /GEN,adapting birthdeath method. It is presented the internal force deformation distribution during the shaping construction by employing nonlinear finite element method. Lots of data have been obtained as guidelines for the erection and construction of the project.
