摘要
以武汉新能源研究院工程为背景,通过建立三维有限元模型,进行全面静力分析,从整体上验证方案的可行性并进行优化。根据模型计算的变形结果对结构进行适当预调节。施工过程中加强变形控制措施,确保了大跨度大悬挑放射状花冠钢屋盖高空安装达到设计要求的造型及精度。
Based on the project of Wuhan New Energy Research Institute,a three-dimensional finite element model is established,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified and optimized. The structure is adjusted appropriately according to the deformation results of calculation model. The deformation control measures are strengthened in the construction process,which ensures the large span and large cantilever rayed flower heads of the steel roof of high-altitude installation design requirements of modeling and the accuracy is reached.
