钢结构双层压型钢板保温屋面施工技术

Construction Technology of Double Deck Steel Plate Heat Insulation Roof

上海大众汽车有限公司宁波分公司CP6工程项目总装车间,屋面采用的是一种新型节能型双层压型钢板保温屋面,这种钢结构屋面具有节点安装形式复杂、安装工序繁多、操作难度较大等特点。针对性介绍了双层压型钢板保温屋面的构造、施工顺序、主要材料性能、安装机具、安装工艺、细部节点的安装方法、注意事项及安装操作时应采取的相应措施,并对复杂形式节点的安装顺序及方法进行研究。结果表明,工程质量符合国家规范规定。

For assembly workshop of Ningbo Branch of Shanghai Volkswagen Co.,Ltd. CP6 project,the roof is a new type of energy saving type double pressure type steel roof,the steel structure roof has the node installation form, the installation process is more difficult and so on. In this paper, the construction,construction sequence,main material properties,installation tools,installation process,method of complex type of nodes,considerations and the measures taken during installation operation are introduced. Meanwhile,the installation sequence and method of complex form nodes are studied. The results show that the engineering quality is in accordance with the national standard.
