工具式支撑在大跨空间钢结构安装中的应用

Application of Tool Support in the Installation of Large-span Space Steel Structure

大跨空间钢结构安装施工最普遍的施工方法是高空分段(分块)安装法,与之配套的最主要的一个技术措施是设置临时支撑体系。临时支撑体系提供了永久结构在未成型前的支承依靠,同时也是分段(分块)构件间拼接施工操作的作业平台。传统的临时支撑体系有一定的缺陷,而工具式支撑克服了传统整体式支撑的缺点和不足,本文主要介绍工具式支撑设计要点及在大跨空间钢结构安装施工中的应用。

The most common construction method of large-span space steel structure installation is highaltitude subsection（ block） installation method,and a main technical measure supporting which is to set the temporary support system. The temporary support system provides support for the permanent structure out of shape,also is the operation platform of the construction operation between the block（ block）components. The tool support overcomes the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional integral support. The traditional temporary support system has some defects,and the tool support overcomes the disadvantage of traditional integrated support. This paper mainly introduces the tool supporting design points and the application is installed in the construction for large span space steel structure.
