哈尔滨某办公楼排风热回收应用的技术经济分析

Technical and Economic Analysis of Heat Recovery Application in an Office Building of Harbin

空调排风热回收,是空调系统设计的一项重要节能措施。本文根据哈尔滨地区的气候特点,分析了哈尔滨某办公楼项目排风热回收系统应用的节能效果,并对热回收装置初投资增加及年运行费用等进行了计算,得出了热回收系统年节省运行费用及静态投资回收期,研究表明该项目排风热回收节能效果显著。

Exhaust air heat recovery is an important energy-saving method. According to the features of the climate,this paper analyzes the heat recovery effect in an office building of Harbin. The increase of the initial investment and the annual savings in operating costs is calculated. The static investment payback period is calculated. The results show that heat recovery energy saving effect in this building is remarkable。
