摘要
根据当今职业生涯规划存在的问题,以会计专业为例,将实践能力和就业要求融入"职业生涯规划"课程设计中,对传统的"职业生涯规划"课程进行完善和创新,使之真正体现职业能力的培养,丰富学生对职业的认知,提升学生就业成功率。
According to the existing problems in current career planning, taking accountancy as an example, to integrate the practical skills and employment requirements into the ＂career planning＂ course design, make improvement and innovation on traditional ＂career planning＂ curriculum to make it reflect the cultivation of professional competence, enrich students＇ awareness of career, and enhance students＇ employment success rate.
