摘要
校内实训基地对于高职院校的人才培养至关重要。从高职院校校内实训基地现状入手,针对实训基地运行和管理中存在的问题进行资源整合,建立校内实训基地运行管理机制,并对其运行与管理进行探索和分析。
Training base is essential for talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. Starting from the states base of higher vocational colleges, making resource integration of operation and management, establishing management mechanism of training base and making analysis on it.
