目的:探讨基层药检所实现药品监督抽验真正意义的有效途径。方法:简述基层药品抽验与检验工作现状,分析实践中存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议。结果与结论:加强培训,提高抽验、检验人员素质,加强药品抽验相关部门的协作,使抽样程序更规范、靶向命中率更高,才能实现药品监督抽验的真正意义。

Objective： To explore effective methods of drug testing in grass-roots. Methods： A brief introduction to the present situation of drug sampling and testing work in grass-roots was given. The problems in practical work were analyzed, corresponding countermeasures were proposed, and suggestions were put forward accordingly. Results and Conclusion： In order to make the sampling procedures more standardized and improve the hit rate, it is necessary to strengthen training, improve the quality of sampling and testing personnel, as well as the cooperation between relevant departments of drug testing, so as to achieve the true meaning of drug sampling and testing.
