摘要
目的:以特殊医学用途配方食品相关标准和保健食品法律法规为基础,整合信息,对两种特殊食品进行比较研究。方法:对比分析特殊医学用途配方食品和保健食品在定义、分类、适用人群、产品配方、营养提供和食用方法等方面的异同点,对两种特殊食品的主要区别进行探讨。结果与结论:通过充分了解和比较,有利于医务人员、生产企业和普通消费者更好的了解两类特殊食品的营养特点、适用范围、使用要求,确保产品的质量符合标准,产品的使用符合要求。提高消费者对两类特殊食品的认知度,提高监管部门和临床医生的专业度。
Objective: To compare the differences between formula food for special medical purposes and health food based on the relevant standards for formula food for special medical purposes as well as laws and regulations for health food. Methods: The similarities and differences between two kinds of food were compared on such aspects as definitions, classifications, intended audience, formulations, nutrition properties and using method. The major differences were analyzed as the focus. Results and Conclusion: Better understanding about the differences between the two types of special food will enhance consumer awareness and improve expertise for both supervisors and clinical doctors.
