军营文化的思想政治教育功能探析

军队思想政治教育总是在一定形式的文化背景下进行的,军营文化作为与官兵现实生活联系最为紧密的一种特殊形式的文化,是最贴近官兵训练、生活、工作实际的,通过军营文化来寻找军队思想政治教育与官兵的结合点,可以使思想政治教育内容融入官兵的认知结构,进而理解消化教育内容,达到提高思想政治教育效果的目的。尤其是随着市场经济和社会文化多元发展,军营文化在军队思想政治教育过程中发挥着越来越突出的作用。从军营文化的视角来研究军队思想政治教育功能的发挥,更加凸显了文化人的重要意义。对军营文化的思想政治教育功能特征和表现的分析,可以使教育者突破传统思想政治教育的禁锢,在一定条件下利用科学合理的途径对官兵实施思想政治教育。可以说,军营文化的思想政治教育功能发挥的程度,直接影响到军队思想政治教育效果的好坏,决定着军队思想政治教育目标的实现。

army ideological and political education is always in some form of cultural background,and the military culture,as a special form of culture,which is closely connected with real life of officers and soldiers,is the closest to the training,living and actual work of officers and men. To find the point of integration between the ideological and political education in the army and the officers and soldiers through military culture,can make ideological and political education absorbed into the cognitive structure of officers and soldiers,and then they can digest and understand the educational content,and thus improve the effect of ideological and political education purposes. Especially with the market economy and social and cultural pluralism,military culture is playing an increasingly prominent role in the ideological and political education in the army. Studying military ideological and political education from the perspective of military culture can highlight the importance of intellectuals. The analysis of characteristics and functions and the performance of ideological and political education in the military culture,can make the educators take a breakthrough in the detention of traditional ideological and political education,and implement ideological and political education of officers and soldiers under certain conditions by using scientific and reasonable way. We can say that the degree of ideological and political education of military culture have a direct impact on the effect of ideological and political education in the army,and it also determines the achievement of military objectives of ideological and political education.
