互联网时代高校网络舆情治理策略探析

随着互联网时代的到来,互联网已经成为社会思潮、新闻信息集散地和传达社情民意的重要平台,保障了公民言论自由的权利。但是,互联网时代的来临具有"双刃剑"效应的特点,信息化网络化导致社会产生"无形无象无痕"现象,使个人领域社会化,私人领域公开化,造成社会舆论失控的局面,从而引起网络舆论危机。目前,网络舆论治理受到了国家的高度重视,高校网络舆情治理作为整个社会网络舆论治理的重要组成部分,互联网带来的负面效果不仅加大了高校管理和治理难度,而且为高校治理手段带来了新的挑战。所以,在信息技术特别是互联网普及的背景下,高校必须要时刻把握舆情新特点,不断创新舆论治理方式,利用信息化网络化提高整合高校信息资源的效率,有效治理高校网络舆情,从而有利于整个社会网络空间治理。

with the advent of the Internet age,the Internet has become a social trend of thought,a news and information distribution center and an important platform to convey social sentiment and public opinion and thus it protects the freedom of expression of citizens. However,the advent of the Internet age has the characteristics of ＂ double- edged sword＂ effect,leading to the ＂invisible＂phenomenon in the information network society,so that socialization of individual areas and society,openness of the private affairs result in the situation,in which public opinion is out of control,and thus network public opinion crisis. Currently,the network media management has attract the national attention,and the university network management of public opinion,as an important part of the whole social network media governance,with its negative effect,not only increased the difficulty of management and governance of colleges and universities,but brought new challenges for the management means of colleges and universities Therefore,in the background of information technology,especially the popularity of the Internet,universities must always grasp new features of the public opinion,innovate public governance,and use information network to improve the integration of information resources efficiently,so as to achieve effective governance of university network public opinion,which is good for cyberspace governance in the whole society.
