零膨胀微晶玻璃是一种性能优异的功能材料。在实际生产过程中,玻璃毛坯经过退火后很容易炸裂。根据零膨胀微晶玻璃本身具有的性质和采取的生产方式对炸裂原因进行了推测,并针对推测出的原因设计相关试验对推测出的原因进行了符合性验证。最后,针对玻璃炸裂原因提出了不同的解决方案,同时也在非主要因素的退火阶段提出了可以尽量避免玻璃炸裂的方法。

The according to the nature and mode of production of the glass to the explosion cause are analyzed,and the cause of the explosion is verified by test. Finally,the corresponding solutions are proposed.
