摘要
通过对YKX3132型数控滚齿机两方面精度问题的介绍,分析工作台蜗轮副、工作台锥面副及刀杆、主轴等各方面因素,阐述可能存在的故障。最终得出以下结论:只有在了解机床结构的情况下,在正确分析的基础上,才能最大限度地缩小检查范围,保障YKX3132数控滚齿机的精度。
Based on the YKX3132 CNC hobbing accuracy problem of two tooth machine introduction, through all aspects of analysis table of worm gear pair, table vice and cone cutter bar, spindle and other factors, the fault may exist in detail. The reader to understand the structure of the machine tool in the case, based on analysis of the correct,which can furthest reduce the scope of inspection.
