摘要
[目的]观察黄芪汤联合西沙比利治疗老年性便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组55例西沙比利,饭前15min或睡前服用,总量15~30mg/d,分2~3次给药,5mg/次,每日最高30mg。治疗组55例黄芪汤（黄芪、白术30g,陈皮、白蜜、生地、麦冬各10g,火麻仁12g,党参15g）,1剂/d,水煎600m L,早晚口服;西沙比利治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程（14d）,随访3个月,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]黄芪汤联合西沙比利治疗老年性便秘,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
This paper introduces the high pressure frequency converter ＋ PLC electric transformation process arid the effect of coal preparation plant circulating pump, the fact proves, PLC ＋ AC speed regulating technique scheme of high voltage frequency converter not only overcome the defects of the traditional electric control system and power saving effect is obvious, which has very. obvious economic and social benefits and is worth popularization and application in coal preparation plant.
