摘要
本文中通过台架试验研究了3种不同贵金属涂覆量对柴油机微粒捕集器载体压降和再生特性的影响,结果表明,18和24g/L涂覆量对载体压降影响相似,最大增加0.19k Pa,压降最大增加率为13.4%,30g/L涂覆量载体压降最大增加0.39k Pa,压降最大增加率为36.7%。通过被动再生过程的试验可以看出,增加贵金属涂覆量可提高被动再生率,增加再生量,进而延长主动再生周期,改善载体耐久性能。
The effects of three different coating amounts of precious metal on the pressure drop and regenerationcharacteristics of diesel particulate filter carrier are studied in this paper. The results show that with a coatingamount of 18g/L or 24g/ L , their effects on the pressure drop of carrier are similar the pressure drop increases by0. 19kPa at most with a maximum increase rate of 13.4 % ; while with a coating amount of 30g/ L , the pressure dropof carrier rises by 0. 39kPa with a increase rate of 36.7%. Meanwhile it is found by the test on passive regenerationprocess that the increase in the amount of precious metal coated can raise the passive regeneration rate, increase regenerationquantity, extend active regeneration cycle and improve the durability performance of carrier.
