摘要
采用有限元-统计能量分析混合建模方法,建立车身侧围空腔阻隔结构隔声性能预测模型,其中,阻隔结构塑料支撑板用有限元方法建模,密封膨胀胶使用统计能量分析与多孔介质声学理论(毕奥理论)相结合的方法建模,阻隔结构前后的声腔采用统计能量分析方法建模。同时在混响-消声室中进行阻隔结构隔声性能测试。模型预测性能与试验测得结果的对比表明,模型预测与试验结果在200~8 000Hz频率范围基本一致,说明所建模型能有效预测阻隔结构隔声性能。
With the hybrid FE-SEA modeling method, the sound barrier performance prediction model forthe side wall cavity filler structure of car body is established, in which the plastic barrier plate of cavity filler structureis modeled by FEM, the sealing strip is modeled by SEA combined with Biot theory, while the sound cavitiesare modeled by SEA method. Meanwhile, the measurement of sound barrier perl'ormance of cavity filler is also conductedin reverberation-anechoic chamber. The comparison between the performances predicted with model and themeasurement results by test indicate that they are basically consistent with each other in the frequency range of 200to 8000 Hz, demonstrating that the model built can effectively predict the sound barrier performance of cavity fillerstructure.
