带子系统的动力包双层隔振系统隔振设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 目前对带子系统的动力包双层隔振系统的隔振设计尚未形成一套行之有效的设计方法,针对这一研究现状展开了对其隔振设计的研究。提出了一种先优化设计主隔振系统确定一、二级隔振器刚度,然后将子系统充当主系统吸振器按照H∞准则设计出子系统隔振器刚度的两级优化设计方法。以某型内燃动车动力包为研究对象,采用提出的两级优化设计方法对动力包进行优化设计,并基于优化后的参数对动力包进行了隔振性能测试。结果表明,经过优化后,在常规工况和停机工况,动力包双层隔振系统皆具备优良的隔振性能,验证了方法的有效性。 An effective vibration isolation design method has not been formed yet for powerpack two-stage isolation systems which are attached with a subsystem.This research aimed to solve this problem.A two-step optimization method was put forward,in which the first and second isolator stiffness were firstly obtained by optimizing the main system. Secondly the subsystem was used as an absorber of the main system and its isolator stiffness was optimized according to the H∞ criterion.Then the method was applied in the optimization design of a certain DMU powerpack.Based on the optimized parameters,an experiment of isolation performance of the powerpack was conducted to verify the method.The results show that the optimized powerpack two-stage vibration isolation system has excellent vibration isolation performance in both conventional condition and shutdown condition,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
