强化护理干预对慢性心功能不全患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency

目的分析强化护理干预对慢性心功能不全患者的生活质量的影响效果。方法选取2014年8月—2016年1月期间该院收治的78例慢性心功能不全患者作为研究对象,将其按照不同的护理方式分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=42),对照组行常规护理,观察组行强化护理干预,对比分析2组患者的临床护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑评分和抑郁评分比较(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理前两组患者的生活质量各项评分比较(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者生活质量评分中的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活四项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化护理干预应用于慢性心功能不全患者中,有效地改善了慢性心功能不全患者的心功能指标变化,缓解了患者的不良心理,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with chronic car-diac insufficiency. Methods 78 cases of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the dif-ferent nursing methods, the control group underwent the conventional nursing, the observation group underwent the intensive nursing intervention, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Before nursing, the differences in the anxiety score and depression score between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, after nursing, the anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, before nursing, the differences in the various scores of quality of life of the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, after nursing, the quality of life scores such as somatic function, mental function, social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency, the intensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the changes of indexes of cardiac function, relieve the unhealthy psychology and improve the quality of life of patients.
