精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法的效果分析

Effect Observation on the Application of Quality Control Circle Management in the Psychiatric Nursing Care

目的探讨分析精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法的效果。方法从2014年3月—2015年3月期间该院收治的精神科护理人员中随机选取20名作为该研究对象,该院2014年9月—2015年3月实施品管圈管理法,将此阶段护理人员各考核评分和2014年3月—2014年8月期间未实施品管圈管理法各考核评分进行比较,并分析。结果从实施品管圈管理法前后,所选20例护理人员的专科护理工作评分、基础护理工作评分、危重患者护理评分、书写护理记录评分、急救药物和设备使用评分、病室环境维护状况评分、护理服务质量评分等方面进行比较,实施后明显比实施前要更加良好,且组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法,可将各护理人员护理质量明显提升,进而改善护患关系,为医院进一步发展存在有利因素,其推广应用价值较大。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of the application of the quality control circle management method in the psychiatric nursing care. Methods 20 cases of psychiatric nursing care patients treated from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected as the research objects and were given the quality control circle management method from Septem-ber 2014 to March 2015, and the nursing staff at this stage were checked and scored, and their scores were compared with those of the staff without the quality control circle management method from March 2014 to August 2014. Results The spe-cific nursing work score, basic nursing work score, nursing scores of critical patients, writing nursing record score, first-aid drugs and equipment application scores, ward environment maintenance scores and nursing service quality scores of the 20 cases of nursing staff after the implementation of the quality control circle management method were obviously better than those before the implementation of the quality control circle management method with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Con-clusion The application of quality control circle management method in the psychiatric nursing care can obviously improve the nursing quality of all nursing staff thus improving the nursing-patient relationship and providing favorable factors for the further development of hospitals, and it is of higher promotion and application value.
