300例老人骨折病史的调查分析

摘要 目的调查与分析该院近期收治的300例患者的骨折状况,从而对于减少病人骨折的方法进行分析。方法对于该院2014年5月——2015年10月间收治的300例老年患者作为研究对象,了解老年骨折发生状况,主要包括患者骨折时的年龄、患者骨折的部位以及骨折发生的原因进行调查和分析。结果所有参与该调查分析的300例患者当中,共有骨折患者118人次,其中发生在60岁之前的骨折有31次,占总数的9.68%,骨折发生在60岁之后的患者共有87次占总数的29%。通过对于两户患者的骨折发生几率进行对比分析发现,60岁前后发生骨折的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。而且通过对于老年人骨折的部位进行统计发现老年人骨折发生的常常见部位为股骨近段、腕骨以及腰椎;病人骨折发生的原因主要为下台阶踩空、车祸以及跌倒。结论老年人的骨折发生的常见部位为股骨近段、腕骨以及腰椎,在实际的生活当中该院们应当积极的对于患者的跌倒进行预防,并且避免老年患者不必要的采用以及交通事故的发生,对于更好的预防老年人的骨折具有积极的意义。 Objective To survey and analyze the fractures of 300 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital re-cently thus analyzing the method of decreasing the patient’s fractures. Methods 300 cases of elderly patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects, and the occurrence of elderly fracture mainly including the fracture age, fracture part and fracture occurrence reasons was known, surveyed and analyzed. Results There were 118 fracture patients in the 300 cases of patients participating in this survey analysis, among them, 31 fractures occurred before 60 years old, accounting for 9.68% in total, 87 fractures occurred after 60 years old, accounting for 29% in total, and the difference in the occurrence of fractures had statistical significance before and after 60 years old by comparison, P〈0.001. And statistics discovered that the common parts of fractures in elderly were proximal femur, carpal bone and vertebra lumbalis; and the main reasons of fractures were misstep down the steps, traffic accident and fall. Con-clusion The common fracture parts in elderly are proximal femur, carpal bone and vertebra lumbalis, in real life, we should actively prevent the patient’s fall and avoid the unnecessary misstep and occurrence of traffic accidence, which is of posi-tive significance to better prevent fractures in elderly.
