摘要
目的对于小儿心内科因心脏病住院的患儿住院期间的抗菌药物使用情况进行分析,为更好地指导小儿心脏病抗菌药物使用状况。方法对于2015年1—12月间在该院进行住院治疗的小儿心脏病患者67例在住院期间抗菌药物使用的情况进行分析。结果小儿心脏病住院的患者当中,抗菌药物使用率总体达到了52.23%,其中抗菌药物单用占76.21%,抗菌药物单用或者二联的患者占到总数的90.51%;主要应用的抗菌药物包括:头孢唑肟、阿奇霉素、头孢孟多、舒巴坦、拉氧头孢、头孢呋辛以及雅安培南。使用方式主要以静脉注射为主;而预防用药的几率在住院患者当中占比约为7.45%,而且均用在导管介入的患儿当中;其余用药目的多为治疗性用药;整个临床试验过程当中细菌标本送检的几率为74.31%。结论目前在临床上该院抗菌药物的使用率偏高;在进行抗菌药物使用之前进行细菌培养的送检对于合理的使用抗菌药物具有十分积极的意义。应加强对于临床医生在抗菌药物方面的知识更新,引导大众合理的进行抗菌药物的使用。
Objective To analyze and survey the basic conditions of antibacterial application of hospitalized children in the department of pediatrics cardiology due to heart disease thus better guiding the application of antibacterial agents for pedi-atric heart disease. Methods The application of antibacterials of 67 cases of children with heart disease during hospitaliza-tion from January 2015 to December 2015 was researched, surveyed and analyzed. Results For patients, the total applica-tion rate of antibacterials reached 52.23%, among them, the single application rate of antibacterials reached 76.21%, and the single plus combined application rate of antibacterials reached 90.51% in total, the antibacterials mainly applied in-cluded ceftizoxime, azithromycin, cefamandole, sulbactam, moxalactam, cefuroxime and ya'an imipenem, and the application method was mainly intravenous injection, the preventive medication probability was about 7.45%, and all preventive medi-cations were applied in children with catheter intervention, the purpose of the other medications was mostly therapeutic medication, and in the whole process of clinical test, the bacterial examination rate was 74.31%. Conclusion At present, the application rate of antibacterials in clinic is high; the bacterial culture examination is of positive significance to the rational application of antibacterials before the application of antibacterials; enhance the knowledge updating of clinical doctors in the antibacterials and lead the public to rationally use the antibacterials.
