城镇职业卫生管理效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Urban Occupational Healtn Management

目的探讨城镇职业卫生管理现状,对比分析城镇职业卫生管理的效果。方法将某城镇58个企业作为该次研究对象,在该城镇建立职业卫生管理部门,完善职业卫生管理制度,定期检测其职业病危害情况,对该城镇因职业病造成的纠纷数量及职业病未得到治愈的人数进行统计,开展卫生知识讲座。对比该城镇58个企业在行职业卫生管理前后的患病人数及身心健康水平。结果该城镇行职业卫生管理后与管理前的在职人员患患者数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据城镇的实际情况实行职业卫生管理有助于降低城镇职业病患病率,减少因职业病引发的民事纠纷,提升居民的职业病治愈率与身心健康。

Objective To study the town occupational health management status and comparatively analyze the effect of town occupational health management. Methods 58 enterprises of some town were selected as the research objects, the occupational health management department was built in this town, the occupational health management system was improved, occupational disease hazards were regularly detected, dispute number caused by occupational disease and number of cases with occupational disease but without being cured in this town were counted, the health knowledge lectures were carried out, and the number of patients and mental and physical health level before and after the occupational health management in this town were compared. Results There was an obvious difference in the number of in-service patients before and after the occupational health management with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of occupational health management according to the actual conditions contributes to reducing the prevalence rate of occupational diseases in towns, reducing the civil dispute caused by the occupational disease and improving the cure rate and mental and physical health of occupational disease of the residents.
