摘要
目的为推动农村医疗卫生事业健康持续发展,提高基层卫生人员服务能力,满足广大农村居民的医疗卫生需求。方法针对当前基层卫生人才短缺,业务素质不高,依法执业等存在问题,结合当前《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》、卫计委《深化医药卫生体制改革2014年重点工作任务》、《关于进一步完善乡村医生养老政策提高乡村医生待遇的通知》等相关政策文件要求,探索实行农村卫生人才一体化管理。结论通过整合乡村卫生人才资源,依法执业,进一步改革人事分配制度,提高了服务能力。
Objective To promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural medical health work, improve the ser-vice capacity of primary health workers and meet the medical and health demands of massive rural residents. Methods In order to solve the problems of short primary health professionals, low business quality and practice according to law, we should explore the implementation of integrated management of rural health professionals combined with the relevant policy and documentation requirements such as deepening reform of medical and health system suggestions of CPC central com-mittee and state council, 2014 key tasks of deepening reform of medical and health system from health and family planning commission and further improving the elderly-care policy of rural doctors. Conclusion We should further reform personnel and distribution system and improve service capacity by integrating rural health professional recourse and practice according to law.
