清洗机清洗过程中出现泡沫原因分析及对策

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Occurrence of Foam in Rinsing Process of Cleaning Machine

目的查找清洗机在工作过程中出现泡沫的原因,提高清洗效果。方法将肾形弯盘分成A、B、C3组,每组30个。A组:30个肾形弯盘均被碘伏大面积污染,直接放入机器进行P2程序:预洗+酶洗+漂洗+最终漂洗(润滑、消毒)+干燥。B组:30个肾形弯盘均被碘伏污染,在流动水下冲洗干净后放入清洗机进行P2程序:预洗+酶洗+漂洗+最终漂洗(润滑、消毒)+干燥。C组:30个肾形盘均被碘伏污染,直接进入清洗机进行P1程序:水洗+干燥。结果 A组肾形弯盘上有白色斑点及白色环形印记;B组肾形弯盘上光洁无任何印记;C组肾形弯盘上有白色斑点及白色环形印记。结论器械上碘伏残留是导致清洗机工作过程中出现泡沫的原因,加强器械清洗前的预处理,可以提高清洗质量,保证清洗效果。

Objective To look for the causes of the occurrence of foam in the working process of cleaning machine and im-prove the rinsing effect. Methods The kidney-form bend pans were divided into three groups with 30 in each, the group A：all kidney-form bend pans were massively contaminated by iodophor and then directly put into machines for P2 procedure：prewashing＋enzyme wash＋rinsing＋ final rinsing （lubrication, disinfection）＋ desiccation. Group B：all kidney-form bend pans were contaminated by iodophor and put into the cleaning machine for P2 procedure after they were clean by the rinse of flowing water： prewashing ＋ enzyme wash ＋ rinsing ＋ final rinsing （lubrication, disinfection） ＋ desiccation. Group C：all kidney-form bend pans were contaminated by iodophor and then directed put into the cleaning machine for P1 procedure：washing ＋ desiccation. Results The group A had white spots and white ring marks, the group B were clean without any mark, and the group C had white spots and white ring marks. Conclusion Iodine residue on the apparatus is the cause of occurrence of foam of cleaning machine in working process, enhancing the pretreatment of apparatus before cleaning can improve the cleaning quality and ensure the cleaning effect.
