摘要 目的该研究通过比较观察组和治疗组理论考核成绩、临床操作技能考核成绩、自我评价得分来观察PBL教学法联合3D打印技术在中医骨伤临床专业型研究生脊柱手术教学中的影响。方法该研究选取该院2013级中医骨伤临床专业型研究生28名同学作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各14名,男女比例相同。其中观察组采取PBL教学法联合3D打印技术进行临床教学,对照组采取传统教学法进行临床教学。课程结束后,将观察组和对照组的理论考核成绩、临床操作技能考核成绩、自我评价得分用独立样本t检验进行组间统计分析。结果该研究将观察组和对照组的理论考核成绩、临床操作技能考核成绩、自我评价得分用独立样本t检验进行组间统计分析,差异均具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用PBL教学法联合3D打印技术对中医骨伤临床专业型硕士进行脊柱手术教学效果显著。 Objective To observe the influence of PBL teaching method and 3D printing technology in the spinal operation PBL teaching for the clinical professional master of Chinese orthopedics and traumatology by comparing the theoretical ex-amination results, clinical operational skill examination results and self-assessment scores. Methods 28 clinical professional masters of Chinese orthopedics and traumatology in 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 14 cases in each, the observation group adopted PBL teaching method and 3D printing technology for clini-cal teaching, the control group adopted traditional teaching method for clinical teaching, at the end of the course, the theo-retical examination results, clinical operational skill examination results and self-assessment scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed by independent-sample t test. Results The differences in the theoretical examination result, clinical operational skill examination result and self-assessment score between the two groups had statistical significance, P〉0.05. Conclusion The effect of PBL teaching method and 3D printing technology in the spinal operation teaching for the clinical professional master of Chinese orthopedics and traumatology is obvious.
