摘要
目的研究老年护理实践教学改革对护生学习积极主动性的影响。方法选择该校12级护生作为研究对象,将该年级班级分成两组,分别为实验组和对照组,实验组班级采取老年护理实践教学改革方式进行教学,对照组班级采取常规教学方法,比较两组学生的成绩和学习积极性。结果实验组学生的学习成绩为(75.23±8.15)分高于对照组(62.45±9.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的学习积极性评分(80.15±6.53)分优于对照组(65.24±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年护理实践教学中进行合理改革,对护生学习积极主动性具有较好的促进作用。
Objective To research the effect of senile nursing practice teaching reform on the learning initiative of nursing students. Methods The nurses of our hospital in 2012 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups, the experimental group adopted senile nursing practice teaching reform for teaching, the control group adopted conventional teaching method, and the achievements and learning initiative were compared between the two groups. Results The learning achievement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and the difference had statistical signifi-cance, [(75.23±8.15) marks vs (62.45±9.12) marks], P〈0.05, the leaning initiative score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, [(80.15±6.53) marks vs (65.24±4.23) marks], P〈0.05. Conclusion The rational reform in the senile nursing practice teaching reform plays a better promotion role in the leaning initiative of nursing students.
