儿科药品说明书之外用法的用药调查

Survey of Drug Use beyond Dispensatory in Pediatrics

目的对儿科药品说明书之外用药用法进行探究,为儿科患儿的用药安全性提供保障。方法选取该院2014年12月—2015年9月儿科住院与门诊部处方200份进行统计,分析儿科用药除药品说明书之外的用法。结果三组处方超药品说明书用法用量处方率分别为25.00%、65.91%、27.78%,总超出机率为44.00%,其中3组处方超出药品说明书用法用量数据对比,婴幼儿组明显高于儿童组与新生儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两类处方中,超说明书药品用药,剂型改变、剂量改变、适应人群改变以及适应证改变机率分别为中药处方(10.00%、3.00%、18.00%、29.00%),西药处方(1.00%、14.00%、15.00%、10.00%),其中适应人群改变与适应证改变最为多见。结论儿科药物的用药超出说明书范畴较为多见,虽然与循证医学相符合,在治疗过程中有重要作用,但仍旧存在一定的风险,因此必须给予重视。

Objective To study the drug use beyond dispensatory in pediatrics in order to provide guarantee for medication safety in children. Methods 200 prescriptions in the pediatric inpatient and outpatient department of our hospital from De-cember 2014 to September 2015 were selected for research and survey, and the drug use beyond dispensatory in pediatrics was counted and analyzed. Results The prescription rates of the three groups of drug use beyond dispensatory were respec-tively 25.00%, 65.91% and 27.78%, the total excess rate was 44.00%, the drug use beyond dispensatory in the infant group was higher than those in the children group and the newborn group, and the difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05, the rates of drug use beyond dispensatory, dosage form change, dosage change, intended population change and indication change were respectively 10.00%, 3.00% ,18.00%, 29.00% in the Chinese medicine prescription and 1.00%, 14.00%, 15.00%, 10.00% in the western medicine prescription, and the intended population change and indication change were the most. Conclusion The drug use beyond dispensatory in pediatrics is common, even though it is consistent with the evi-dence-based medicine and plays an important role in the course of treatment, but there is still a certain risk, therefore, we must pay attention to it.
