团队化强化管理模式在离职干部休养所2型糖尿病患者中的应用研究

Application Research on Teamship Reinforcement Management Mode in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in Leave Cadre Rest Home

目的探讨团队化强化管理模式在离职干部休养所2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取150例离职干部休养所自愿接受糖尿病规范化管理的糖尿病患者,将其随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组75例,其中对照组进行日常的生活模式,不予以强化的干预管理,观察组由管理团队以及患者及其家属签约后进行饮食、药物、运动、心理等方面的强化干预管理,比较两组干预前后的相关监测指标、健康以及生活质量自我评价得分,空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值变化情况。结果相比于对照组,观察组患者能够更好地进行血糖的自我监测,其餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标均较对照组得到了明显的改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队化强化管理模式是离职干部休养所糖尿病管理的新模式,有助于提高干部休养所糖尿病管理水平,值得进一步的探讨和推广。

[Abstrac] Objective To study the application effect of teamship reinforcement management mode in patients with type 2 di-abetes in leave cadre rest home. Methods 150 cases of patients with diabetes volunteering to accept diabetes standardized management in leave cadre rest home were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the control group adopted daily life mode without intensive intervention management, the observation group adopted intensive interven-tion management such as diet, drug, motor and mind after the sign of management team, patients and their family, and the relevant monitoring indicators, health and quality of life self-evaluation scores were compared before and after intervention were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a better self-monitoring of blood glu-cose, the indicators such as blood glucose, fasting blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin at 2 hours after meal were obvi-ously improved compared with those in the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Teamship reinforcement management mode is a new mode of diabetes management in leave cadre rest home, and it contributes to improving the diabetes management level of cadre rest home, which is worth further study and promotion.
