摘要
沉默信息调节因子2同源蛋白1(SIRT1)激动可通过抑制β淀粉样蛋白沉积、tau蛋白磷酸化、炎症反应,调节突触可塑性,以及与Akt/蛋白激酶B通路共同作用,改善阿尔茨海默病(AD)的认知功能障碍。该文就SIRT1与AD研究进展进行综述。
Alzheimer's disease ( A D ) is characterized by progressiveloss of memory and other cognitive functions. With recentdiscoveries, activation of silent mating-type information regulator2 homolog 1 ( SIRT1 ) could attenuate the cognitive dysfunctionof AD via reducing amyloid-(B aggregation and tau proteinphosphorylation, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, and regulatingsynaptic plasticity. This review aims to highlight the involvementof these new discoveries of SIRT1, and Akt/proteinkinase B (PKB ) signaling pathways,for their potential therapeuticeffect against AD .
