FOX家族介导的上皮间质转化在肿瘤转移中的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 在肿瘤的侵袭转移进程中,上皮间质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)是其中一个重要的生物学过程。但由于EMT复杂的信号通路和未尽阐明的分子机制,治疗EMT仍然是世界性的难题。但多种研究也证实了EMT并非是不可逆转的过程。近年来对叉头框转录因子(FOX)基因家族在EMT中的研究,显示了其在肿瘤转移中具有重要的调控作用。该文综述了FOX基因家族介导的EMT过程在肿瘤多种生物学过程的研究,以期对EMT的信号网络有更好的了解,并为有效干预EMT提供新的依据。 Epithelial mesenchymal transition( EMT) is one of theimportant biological processes in tumor invasion and metastasis.However, due to the complexity of EMT signaling pathway andits unclear molecular mechanism, the treatment of EMT is still aworldwide problem. But many studies have proved that EMT isnot an irreversible process. In recent years, the research of FOXgene family in EMT shows its important role in tumor metastasis.This review focuses on the FOX-mediated EMT process in manykinds of tumor, aiming to have a better understanding of EMTsignaling network, and provide a new target for the effective preventionof EMT.
