气动传输系统传送红细胞悬液的可行性研究

摘要 目的了解经气动传输系统(PTS)传输血液制品的可行性,为缩短血制品特别是红细胞悬液快速、安全抵达临床用血科室提供参考。方法采用保存期内的红细胞悬液77份,利用气动传输系统反复传输各1次,比较传输前后游离血红蛋白、电解质和温度的变化,同时记录传输所耗时间。结果保存期内的红细胞悬液经PTS反复传输后,游离血红蛋白、电解质和温度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),传输时间则明显优于人工取血所耗时间。结论 PTS传输血液制品理论上可行,后续通过大样本实验研究,可提供更详实的数据支持。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of suspended RBC transported by pneumatic tube system(PTS). For blood products, especially the red blood cells, being transported fast and arrived safely provide reference for clinical departments. Methods First, we transported 77 bags of suspended RBC within 5 to 10 days by using PTS, and then detected changes of free hemoglobin(FHb) content, electrolyte and temperature before and after transportation. We record the time consuming by the transportation at the same time for the test. Results The suspended RBC within 5 to 10 days transporting by PTS did not lead to any significant differences for the test results of FHb content, electrolyte and temperature before and after transportation(P〉0.05). And the time of transporting blood by PTS is obviously less than drawing by people. Conclusion The transport of suspended RBC by PTS is theoretically possible. The PTS can guarantee the safety of blood transportation. More samples are in need for the experimental research in order to provide a more detailed data support.
