柳州市互助献血者转为自愿无偿献血者的现状调查

Investigation and Analysis on the Basic Situation of Liuzhou Mutual Blood Donors to Voluntary Blood Donors

目的为了解和掌握本市互助献血者转为自愿无偿献血者的基本情况,更有针对性地开展由互助献血者向自愿无偿献血者转变的工作。方法采用随机抽样方法,收集本市捐献全血的互助献血者2 035例的相关信息并进行统计分析。结果 2 035例2013年1月1日~12月31日捐献全血的互助献血者,截止2015年6月底,有432例转变为自愿无偿献血者,转变率为21.23%,此转变率有随年龄增大而增高的趋势。文化程度越高、体重越大和每次献血量越多,转变率越高。公务员、教师和医护人员的转化率最高（40.00%）。结论本市互助献血者转为自愿无偿献血者的比例与献血者年龄、体重、文化程度、职业和每次献血量有关,与性别无关。

Objective To understand and grasp the basic situation of conversion from the city mutual assistance donors into voluntary unpaid donors. To enhance a more targeted work plan managing to carry out the transformation of mutual assistance donors to voluntary unpaid donors. Methods By random investigation into the city mutual assistance donors with a whole number of 2,035 people, collecting their relevant information and doing statistical analysis. Results 2 035 cases of mutual assistance donors were collected from January 1st to December 31 st, 2013. As of the end of June 2015, there are 432 people have turned into voluntary unpaid blood donors, and the conversion rate was 21.23%. This conversion rate shows a positive correlation with age, weight and the growing amount of donated blood each time. The highest conversion rate is obversed in civil servants, teachers and health care workers（40%）. Conclusion The conversional rate from city mutual assistance donors into voluntary unpaid donors is related with age, weight, education level, occupation and the amount in each donation. There is nothing to do with gender.
