摘要
目的研究基于工作量核算模式的医院绩效考核模式,探究该绩效考核模式的应用效果。方法运用案例分析法,对该院基于工作量核算模式的绩效考核进行研讨。结果医院对于差异化的岗位要求以及风险把控要素进行划分核算,构建单独的基于工作量核算的绩效工资核算体系,加强服务成本管理,以调动医务人员工作积极性,提高医务人员工作效率,进而提升医院医疗服务质量。结论把量化后的科室(部门)质量考核控制关键以及考核指数作为目标管理的重要组织要素。
Objective To research the hospital performance evaluation model based on cost accounting model of workload and study the application effect of this performance evaluation model. Methods We researched and discussed the perfor-mance evaluation based on cost accounting model of workload of our hospital by the case analysis method. Results The dif-ferentiated jib requirements and risk control factors were given division and accounting, the single performance salary ac-counting system based on workload was built up and the service cost management was enhanced in order to motivate the work enthusiasm of medical staff and improve the work efficiency of medical staff thus improving the medical service quality of hospitals. Conclusion Department quality evaluation control key after quantization and evaluation index are used as the important organizational elements of objective management.
