体检人群健康教育需求状况分析

Survey Analysis and Countermeasures of Demand Condition for Health Education in Physical Examined Population

目的调查分析体检人群健康教育需求状况,并探讨相关对策。方法将湖南省某医院接收的496名体检者作为研究对象,对其健康教育的内容与方式需求进行调查并分析。结果防病知识、营养知识以及运动知识是体检者希望获得健康知识前3项;体检者对健康教育方式的需求前3项分别为一对一讲解、电话咨询以及发放宣传资料。结论通过对体检人群健康教育需求状况的调查与分析,有针对性地实施健康教育,有利于加强人们的健康观念,改变不良的生活方式,提高人们的健康水平。

Objective To survey and analyze the demand condition for health education in physical examined population and study relevant countermeasures. Methods 496 cases of physical examiners admitted into some hospital in Hunan province were selected as the research objects, and the demand for the content and form of health education was surveyed and analyzed. Results Prevention disease knowledge, nutrition knowledge and motor knowledge were the first three items that the physical examiners hoped to obtain, the forms of the first three items were respectively one for one explanation, telephone counseling and publishing propaganda materials. Conclusion The targeted implementation of health education is conducive to enhancing people’s health concepts, change adverse life ways and improve the people’s health level by the survey and analysis of the demand condition for health education in physical examined population.
