摘要
目的了解和掌握白云区重性精神病现状,为预防和控制重性精神病提供科学依据。方法对该区576例重性精神患者的资料进行分析。结果白云区重性精神病患病率为2.12‰,男性（57.47%）多于女性（42.53%）,年龄以18-44岁为主（65.36%）,民族以汉族为主（81.42%）,文化程度以小学为主（32.47%）,职业以农民（36.98%）和下岗或无业（20.66%）为主,贫困患者比例较高（47.57%）。结论该区患病最多的是精神分裂症（67.88%）,表明精神分裂症是本区的主要精神疾病,是精神病防治工作的重点。
Objective To know and master the status of holergasia in baiyun district and provide scientific basis for its pre-vention and control. Methods The data of 576 cases of patients with holergasia in this district were analyzed. Results The case rate of holergasia in baiyun district was 2.12‰, the case rate of the female was more than that of the male, （57.47% vs 42.53%）, the age was mainly between 18 to 44 （65.36%）, the nation was mainly the Han （81.42%）, the educational degree was mainly primary （32.47%）, the occupation was mainly farmers （36.98%）, laid-off workers or unemployed persons （20.66%）, and the ratio of poor patients was the highest （47.57%）. Conclusion The schizophrenia patients are the most, （67.88%）, which shows that schizophrenia is the major mental disorder in this district and is the focus of the mental disorder prevention and control work.
